Here you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions. If you still have any questions feel free to contact us.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes, we offer free consultations with no obligation to go ahead with treatment, to ensure you fully understand all elements of your treatment and have the chance to ask any questions.

How old do you have to be?

You must be 18+ at the time of treatment for al aesthetic treatments. All other treatments 16+. If you look under 25 please bring ID to your appointment. Failure to provide a valid ID will result in no treatment and a loss of deposit.

Do you use numbing cream?

Yes, we use a 10.5% numbing cream prior to injecting. All products we use also contain lidocaine, a numbing agent to ensure the treatment is as pain free as possible.

What products do you use?

We use Juvederm and Revolax for aesthetic treatments. For facials we use Casmara and Dermaplane UK Aesthetics. For manicures we use Gelish, The Gel Bottle and ASP.

How much filler will I need?

This is like asking how long is a piece of string. Each client has their own individual needs, a look that might take one client 0.5ml to achieve might take another 3ml to achieve. We simply cannot give an exact amount. This is why we offer consultations to examine and discuss individual needs and advise how best to achieve the results required by the client.

Is filler permanent?

No, filler on average can last between 8-12 months depending on genetics and lifestyle. Filler often needs to be built up, after a few sessions the filler will last longer.

Does it hurt?

Each individual has a different pain threshold. Numbing cream is used and all fillers contain a numbing agent to make the treatment as comfortable as possible. We deal with nervous clients on a daily basis and are very understanding, we are always happy to take our time to ease your nerves, treatments are never rushed.

Do I need to take time off work?

There is no downtime required with filler, however the first 48 hours swelling is most noticeable, so we do advise not making any important plans. Please allow a minimum of 1 week before going on holiday.

Do you offer finance?

No, not currently.

Can I share 1ml with my friend?

No, under no circumstances is this possible due to cross contamination.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes of course, you can bring 1 friend or family member along with you to hold your hand should you need them.

Can I bring children?

No, unfortunately due to the nature of the treatment and our insurance we are unable to have children in the room during treatment.
